So often in life, we can be thankful for the things that we receive; the gifts, the acts of service, time with loved ones. But what if our thankfulness was rooted not in what we can place on our shelves or in a change of circumstances, but instead in the person of Jesus. What if thankfulness was an attitude where we place ourselves completely in God's care, in the midst of happiness and sorrow, and trust God there.
